Description:
Description: Experience precision like never before with this intermediate frequency spot welding machine, masterfully designed to serve the demanding requirements of the general maintenance of prevailing steel-shell lithium battery industry and unique on-site production needs. It deftly utilizes state-of-the-art microcomputer control board technology for providing remarkably accurate control over current and discharge time. Boasting stability and reliability unparalleled, this is your go-to apparatus for welding nickel-clad steel plate up to 0.25mm and pure nickel sheet within 0.15mm. Formidable and extremely practical, it indeed deserves your consideration. Features: This gem of a welding machine embraces the cutting-edge microcomputer control board technology to afford you a precise command over the current and discharge time. Fabricated from premier grade material, it showcases excellent hardness, superior wear resistance, and resilience against breakage. Armed with an array of functions, this machine excels in battery welding. The welding needles are designed to be detachable, with the package offering 4 needles for easy replacement. Its comprehensively user-friendly, you just need to rotate the knob to configure the time and current percentage. With 40-100% current adjustability and 0-100% time flexibility, you can customize the operation between 640-1600A current and 20ms-1s time. The power line and the foot switch line are ingeniously designed to have a screw-free quick connection terminal for enhanced convenience and reliability. As competent as it is, this machine is capable of welding nickel-clad steel plates up to 0.25mm and pure nickel sheets within 0.15mm. Points to Remember: This spot welding machine is unable to weld copper and aluminum materials. When welding, remember not to apply excessive pressure as it could potentially weaken the welding. Use only moderate strength. It’s advised to not use the battery for your initial welding attempt. You can use an undamaged and distortion-free iron or steel plate with a nickel sheet on top for testing the machine. The ideal current setting is 80 to 100, and the time should be set to 0. User Instructions: Start by inspecting the machine’s electrode and welding-needle and ensure they’re not in contact with each other. Next, power up the machine. Once its power light illuminates, the machine will enter standby mode, consuming just 2W power. After that, adjust the current and time parameters as per the thickness of the weld material. Typically, the current is set between 80-100, and time between 0-10. Power conditions can vary regionally, and the adjustment needs to be made from low to high for sturdy welding. Lastly, position the nickel sheet on the battery, press the two soldering pens onto the nickel sheet, tweak the current and time, depress the foot pedal until the work light flashes, and you will have achieved successful welding! Parameter Insights: ‘Current’ refers to the extent of the welding output power, where lower values signal minimum output. ‘Time’ relates to the energization duration during the welding process, with higher numbers spelling a lengthier energization period.
