Time and Attendance Tracking Device

Description:

Product Description: Attendance Machine Timekeeping Device The Attendance Machine Timekeeping Device is a state-of-the-art device, functioning through three innovative recognition modes. This tool can prove significantly beneficial for corporate workplaces and manufacturing plants. Traditional methods of timekeeping involve rigorous recording of paper files, which rapidly becomes an overwhelming task when applied to a large workforce of hundreds or even thousands. The traditional punch in, punch out approach could necessitate the employment of additional personnel to examine each employee’s timecard individually, which in turn increases expenditure. However, with this digital attendance machine, employers can monitor worker attendance effectively and systematically. The device ensures a secure, authentic mode of timekeeping, promoting an environment of honesty and personal responsibility. Three Recognition Modes The device possesses three distinct recognition modes facial recognition, fingerprint recognition, and password access. These state-of-the-art features provide employers with added reassurance of employee honesty regarding the logging of work hours. The facial recognition attribute alone serves as a deterrent to falsify attendance records. Furthermore, each employee has a distinct fingerprint, thereby ensuring an added layer of security. In addition, employees may use individual passwords, particularly when the other two options aren’t feasible. Additional Information About the Device This device features a 2.8 inch TFT LCD display screen, enabling clear visibility of key information. Its compact design ensures it fits comfortably at office or factory entry points without consuming too much space or causing an installation hassle. The device boasts an impressive storage capacity, supporting up to 100,000 records and recognising and storing up to 500 faces, 1500 fingerprints, and 500 passwords. The device functionality goes above and beyond traditional timekeeping methods. However, a significant advantage of using this device is that there’s no need to install any software for data retrieval. Users can quickly download and export the records to Excel using a USB flash drive.
