Description:

Introducing the SUNKKO 737G Battery Spot Welding Machine! This handheld unit is perfect for executing welds on smaller battery packs. The machine features dual modes and intelligent frequency conversion, optimizing pulse spot welder configurations. Here’s the lowdown on this exceptional tool: It sports a sleek black color and operates on an AC input voltage of 220V 10V, 50Hz. The primary current falls between 2A to 15A, while the welding current ranges from 50A to 800A. The welding pressure offers versatility from 200g to 700g. When it comes to pulses, this model doesn’t skip a beat. 1 Pulse works within 0.05-0.12mm, and for 2 Pulse functionality, you can look forward to 0.12-0.2mm. The spot welder weighs in at 4.3kg, packaged within dimensions of 140x245x200mm. With packaging, this powerhouse comes to a gross weight of 5.5kg, all packed in a box of 215x370x310mm size. Focused on user-friendly operation, this machine offers diverse settings and features. Enjoy the convenient dual modes, current settings, pressure settings, pulse selections, an LED light feature, a double current display as well as a foot switch to simplify your calibration process. To get the maximum performance from your machine, we suggest that you don’t use an active socket, but a wall socket instead. This guarantees a stable power supply. Also, due to the instantaneous welding large current, the rated current of your leakage protection switch should be set to 40-63A. Anything lower may inflict tripping. Always set the pressure adjuster rightly to avoid unsatisfactory welding results. Please ensure the welding pins’ surfaces are clean, free from oxides. The pins should be kept sharp, periodically wipe them with sandpaper. Dont be worried about the flashing light during welding. It’s normal due to the machine’s high power discharge within 20ms. What’s more, this package includes a 737G machine, a detailed manual, a hex wrench, 2 fuse tubes, 4 welding needles, a foot pedal control, a battery holder, and 60 nickel samples. Enjoy hassle-free battery pack welding with SUNKKO!
