Description:
Product Features: The item includes rolling ball motion between the screw shaft and nut, allowing efficient movement. The ball screw, manufactured in Japan, represents the world’s highest level of machinery and equipment production, as its consistent quality management system ensures remarkable accuracy. The ball movement in the screw results in an extremely small starting torque, foregoing crawling motion and ensuring an accurate micro feed. The ball screw is adaptable to pressure, capable of achieving negative pressure due to axial clearance, leading to greater rigidity. High efficiency and low heat generation of the ball screw facilitate high-speed feed. Installation Instructions: Insert the ball screw nut into the ball screw and temporarily secure it. Position the nut in the middle of the ball screw shaft. Temporarily fix the thrust ring and the fixed side of the BK12 support to one side of the ball screw and tighten. Insert the BF12 support seat and the row of bearings into the other side of the ball screw. Finally, insert steeper Cooper into the ball screw and fix it on the outer side of the BF12 bearing. Product Specifications: Model: RM1605 Material: Stainless Steel Size: 360mm Function: Converts rotary motion into linear motion, alternatively transforming torque into axial force repeatedly Package Includes: 1 x RM1605 Ball Screw 1 x RM1605 Ball Nut with end machine 1 x BK12+BF12 End Support 1 x Steeper Couper
