Product Name: [Product id] Description: Material Origin and Dimensions: This film is sourced from imported raw materials and processed domestically. It is 0.1mm thick and available in dimensions of 280mm * 200mm. The product fits the Marriott Duplicator D8 size and is universal for 8.9-inch LCD devices. For different sizes, please get in touch with Primary Two. Advantages of the Film: This film stands out for its lighter release force, superior light transmission of 92%, smoother surface quality, and extended longevity, compared to completely domestic films. This results in direct enhancements to your printing process, including smoother and quieter demolding and enhanced UV light transmittance, rendering your prints even more impressive and attractive. Usage Instructions: a) Tension: The film is appropriate for all desktop light curing machines with a stretch film tray structure and common screw buckle design. The film’s tension on the tray impacts the demolding effect. Combine the central size of your tray with the right tension of the film on the tray for optimal results. Explore specific methods with your machine. b) Service Life and Replacement: The service life of the film varies (1-5 months according to customer feedback) depending on factors like molding format, resin composition, usage frequency, the number of layers in model height, and personal usage habits. There is no standard life expectancy. Replace the film when surface scratches appear severe, and the elasticity fades. Size: The size of the film is 280 x 200mm. Package Includes: 10 x Release Film
