Description:
Product Name: Product Id: — Description: This silicone case aims to address the common issue of hotend blocks, such as V6 Blocks, getting dirty and burnt after a period of use. These silicone cases keep the nozzle clean from blackened plastics and retain heat inside the hotend, promoting better control of the printing process. They are made from a heat-resistant, non-stick silicone that repels molten plastic. This is particularly useful when printing with sticky materials such as Co-Polyesters and filled materials. Additionally, they significantly boost temperature stability, especially in instances of high airflow cooling around the nozzle. They insulate the block and nozzle from direct cooling and radiant heat loss, making it easier to print overhangs and bridges while maintaining hotend temperature stability.
