Broom Cake Tester

So simple and handy, it's no wonder Amish homemakers have used them for years.

Hang this miniature round broom right by the stove so it's always within reach. When baking, break off a straw and poke it into the middle of cakes, cupcakes or muffins to test, when the straw comes out clean, the cake is done!
