Description:
Introducing the Hall Effect Water Flow Sensor – the epitome of efficiency and compactness. Sporting a sleek and lightweight design, this sensor is effortless to install and adheres to SGS testing standards. The sensor is outfitted with an integrated hall effect sensor that produces an electrical pulse for every revolution, promising accurate readings every time. The separation from the water pipe ensures that the sensor remains safe and dry. Known for its stable operation under high temperatures and efficient start at low water pressure, this sensor operates through a simple three-wire connection: red for positive, black for negative, and yellow for pulse signal. Whether for a water heater, washing machine, boiler, water purifier, or even beauty and mechanical equipment, this sensor is versatile and useful in numerous applications. It calculates the flow rate accurately. This sensor is packed with class-leading features: The highly robust PA66 body and turbine accompanied by SUS304 stainless steel axle ensure longevity. The threaded design of inlet and outlet connection simplifies the installation process. Integrated with an imported Hall IC from Japan for stable and reliable performance. A wide flow range of 1-100L/min. Both working and rated voltage of DC5V ensure efficient operation. A solid insulation resistance of 100M Ohm and above. Sealed tightness assures no leakage or deformation after an inflation with 0.8MPa water. Operates efficiently between -20-60 centigrade. Capable of enduring a max pressure of 1.7Mpa. Offers outstanding electrical strength – AC500V 50Hz. The wire length is a regular 35cm, but can be customised according to request. Wire end connection comes with SM2.54 Plug/XH2.54 plug. Note: The sensor characteristics can vary when a magnetic material is nearby. To avoid the impact of particle debris, always install the sensor after a filter. The sensor can also be installed in any direction but would ideally be kept away from a vibrating and shaking environment for optimal accuracy. Package includes: 1 X FY-G1 Flow Meter See below for detailed images of the sensor:
