Mainboard Repair Tool BGA IC Chip and CPU Blade Cutter

Description:

Dive into the world of motherboard repair with these specialized tools, designed to expertly handle tasks such as removing the A9 A8 CPU chip. These thin-bladed tools exhibit great flexibility, allowing for easy maneuvering between the chip and the circuit board, minimizing the risk of dislodging any components. The robust metal construction of these tools ensures their longevity, making them a valuable addition to your toolkit. Making use of these tools depends on certain temperatures and procedures. Firstly, ensure that the chip and glue around the knife’s edge are cleaned at a temperature around 200 Viny. Subsequently, a hot air gun should be used at 150 degrees and a high air speed of 60 pairs for a warm-up duration of 2 minutes for the motherboard. A smaller heat gun head should then be utilized, with a temperature of 350 degrees to heat the knife’s position for approximately 10 seconds, before being carefully inserted under the chip. If the knife does not easily slide from side to side, it signifies that the soldering point has not fully melted, so it can be carefully pushed into it. The package comes complete with 9 blades and 1 handle, all that you need for meticulous repair work. View the images below for a closer look at your next must-have repair tools.
