Optrel Helix Clt Welding Helmet

Crystal Lens Technology. Panoramic Visibility. Professional Performance.

The Optrel Helix CLT Welding Helmet combines advanced Crystal Lens Technology (CLT) with a panoramic XXL field of view and innovative slide-up functionality to deliver one of the clearest and most versatile welding helmets available today.

Designed for professional welders working in fabrication shops, industrial environments, and field applications, the Helix CLT offers exceptional optical clarity, automatic shade adjustment, and all-day comfort for demanding welding conditions.

Crystal Lens Technology (CLT)

Optrels Crystal Lens Technology delivers an exceptionally bright and realistic view of your work area with improved contrast and true color visibility. The ultra-clear lens helps reduce eye strain while improving weld puddle visibility and accuracy.

Panorama XXL Field of View

The Helix CLT provides up to 6x larger viewing area compared to traditional welding helmets, giving welders greater peripheral awareness and improved positioning during welding and grinding tasks.

Slide-Up Welding & Grinding System

Quickly switch between welding and grinding modes using the integrated slide-up auto-darkening lens system without removing the helmet.

ShadeTronic Auto-Darkening Technology

Automatically adjusts the shade level in real time based on welding arc intensity for uninterrupted eye protection and productivity.

FadeTronic Eye Comfort

Gradual lightening transition after welding reduces eye fatigue and improves comfort during long shifts.

5-Sensor Arc Detection

Advanced multi-sensor technology ensures reliable lens activation in low-light and obstructed welding positions.

IsoFit Adjustable Headgear

Fully customizable ergonomic headgear distributes weight evenly for superior comfort and stability.

Rechargeable Battery System

Powered by solar cells and a rechargeable lithium-polymer battery with Micro-USB charging capability.
