The Optrel Roboview Welding Window is an advanced auto-darkening welding protection window designed specifically for robotic welding cells, automated welding systems, and industrial manufacturing environments. Unlike traditional static welding curtains or dark-tinted observation windows, Roboview automatically adjusts its shade level when a welding arc is detected, providing operators with a clear view of production processes while maintaining protection from harmful welding radiation.
The system helps improve process monitoring, quality control, and workplace safety by allowing operators to observe robotic welding operations without sacrificing visibility or protection.
Features & Benefits
Auto-Darkening Welding Window Technology
The Roboview system automatically transitions between light and dark states based on welding arc activity.
Benefits include:
- Clear visibility when welding is inactive
- Automatic darkening during arc operation
- Improved monitoring of robotic welding processes
- Enhanced operator safety
- Reduced eye strain compared to fixed dark windows
Optimized for Robotic Welding Cells
Designed specifically for automated manufacturing environments.
Applications include:
- Robotic MIG welding cells
- Automated TIG welding systems
- Resistance welding stations
- Production welding lines
- Industrial automation systems
- Welding enclosures and safety barriers
Improved Process Visibility
Unlike permanently tinted welding screens, Roboview allows operators to clearly observe:
- Robot movement
- Fixture positioning
- Part placement
- Process setup
- Maintenance procedures
- Quality inspections
This improved visibility helps reduce downtime and improve production efficiency.
Protection from Harmful Radiation
The auto-darkening filter helps protect operators from:
- Ultraviolet (UV) radiation
- Infrared (IR) radiation
- Intense arc brightness
- Welding flash exposure
Protection remains active whenever welding arcs are present.
Industrial-Grade Construction
Built for demanding manufacturing environments.
Features include:
- Durable industrial housing
- Long service life
- Reliable sensor technology
- Low maintenance operation
- Designed for continuous production environments
