Tenax Filiflex and Airflex diamond texturing brushes are professional-grade tools designed to create leathered, antiqued, and textured finishes on natural and engineered stone surfaces.
Used in a progressive grit system, these brushes transform polished slabs into richly textured, high-end finishes that elevate the look and feel of stone.
Compatible with standard snail-lock fabrication equipment, these brushes are engineered for durability, consistency, and controlled surface refinement.
Suitable for:Granite, Quartz, Quartzite, Slate, Sandstone, Serpentine, Marble, Travertine, Limestone, Onyx
How the System Works
Step 1: Filiflex Brushes (Lower Grits)
Filiflex brushes aggressively remove material to establish the initial textured or leathered profile. Their narrow bristle design creates a rugged, structured surface that prepares the stone for further refinement.
Available in coarse grits to begin the texturing process.
Step 2: Airflex Brushes (Medium & Refining Grits)
Airflex brushes follow the Filiflex series to soften the texture, enhance color depth, and develop a smooth antiqued or leathered appearance. These grits refine the surface while maintaining the dimensional texture created in earlier steps.
Step 3: Airflex Lux Brushes (High Refinement Grits)
Airflex Lux grits provide the final stage of refinement, allowing fabricators to achieve a smoother, more elegant finish while preserving the textured character of the stone.
