Description:
Introduction: This product is a post-curing lamp primarily designed for 3D printers. It eliminates the use of high amounts of power and the need to operate at intense temperatures. The product lasts for numerous hours and only requires a few minutes to warm up. Details of its Curing Effect: The lamp’s curing effect is superior and swift due to certain key factors such as: UV Material: The curing speed and quality greatly depend on the quantity and quality of the photosensitizer in the UV glue UV varnish UV ink. LED UV lamps with varying curing materials can show a wide difference in time and effect. A higher powering lamp means faster curing speed! UV Wavelength: Optimum results are achieved when the photosensitizer’s wavelength contained in the UV curing material is identical to the UV lamp’s emitted wavelength. Based on extensive testing, the LED 395NM wavelength curing lamp won’t fail to meet 99% of UV curing materials currently in the market. Irradiation Distance: To get optimal curing, the LED ultraviolet lamp should be closest to the object’s surface. The nearer the distance, the better the results – ideally kept within 5 cm. A more extended irradiation range can result in a weaker curing effect. Key Features: Quick operation Durable and energy-saving Efficient cooling impact Safe and waterproof Powerful LED light source ensuring faster curing speed Long-lasting with superior energy-saving light source Exclusive thickened aluminum material gives superior heat dissipation, effective in humid working environments Specifications: Power: 20W Number of lamp beads: 20 395nm light intensity: 560mW / cm2 UV lamp beads: Single 3W chip Input voltage: AC90V-240V Power cord length: 1.8M Irradiated area: 160 * 120MM Case color: White Plug: EU plug Package includes: 1 x UV LED Resin Curing Light
